Please let me state this from now. The girl in the video DID NOT DIE from daggering, she was knocked unconscious but she is in fact alive and well, and she even made it to another party the following night. But this video shows you how dangerous daggering can be.
If you haven't heard, the 'daggering' phenomenon was banned from Jamaica - on television and on the radio.
Jamaica's Prime Minister claimed that it was too filthy and lewd to allow and it was basically people having sex with clothes on. So any songs that refer to daggering will not be allowed on the airwaves.
This ban has affected dancehall and soca artists because its been a very common trend in most of the music we've been hearing lately, but not enough to stop.
People don't seem to understand that daggering will continue until the trend simply dies out, like all other trends. People are able to hear this type of music at parties and on mix tapes which is where most people are introduced to their latest dancehall favorites in the first place.
But for the real reason why daggering is banned, and should be officially discontinued, even in the party scene is because now it is known to be a health hazard.
Although very few people are injured at their local parties because of the new dance craze, it is known that these same patrons are taking daggering into the bedroom, which is known to be harmful.
The rate of 'broken penises' have tripled since the introduction of Daggering which is HILARIOUS because men don't seem to have a problem jumping off of the top of speakers but watch how the numbers will decrease when they realize that they may dismember their member. LoL!
But the real problem lies during very rigorous intercourse where the penis slips out and in an attempt to RAM it back in, the man hits the womans pelvic bone and pops the penis.
"Broken" penis is somewhat of a misnomer; there's no bone to break. Instead, it's a term to address the tear in the covering of the erectile tissue of the penis.
Dr. Larry Lipschultz, professor of urology at the Baylor College of Medicine, said that sex that's too rough can lead to penile fractures, "If you have an erection and it's thrust up against something that's not going to accommodate it - it will cause it to bend and a sharp bend will cause a fracture of breaking of the erectile tissue covering," he says.
Too funny - but I'm sure the guy running to the hospital with a broken penis don't find this funny at all.

I just caught this on your Twitter feed (some people actually follow what others post).
Banning daggering on the TV & radio will not stop daggering in the clubs as it has become rather popular. The whole "broken penis" thing might remind people to go slow on the strokes in bed but the risk does not really extend to the dance floor.....then again people do some freaky stuff when they dagger!
