If you was in the DMV but wasn't at ANDY GEE's BIRTH NITE BASH this past saturday.. I shake my head at you.. you missed a big time celebrity affair!
For a matter of fact, I don't even think any other dancehall party had a CHANCE on Saturday night because NU HORIZON was JAM PACKED!!
ANDY GEE lock down the entire DMV!! Everybody showed nothing but L.O.V.E for his big celebration, the party sell off, the vibes was nice, the girls in deh did ah step out an a gwaan bad for the video light and the fellas were fresh to death! The people came out prim and proppa for the celebration..
You can ALWAYS always ALWAYS count on Andy Gee and DESTINY SOUND for a positive vibration. All I ever see them promote is positivity, good times, smiling faces and unity.. which is ALL YOU NEED to rise to the top! Nothing more, nothing less.
The MUSIC!! Dem play some TUNES yuh see!! I was in there beating down the walls like it owed me MONEY! They had some of the best selectors rotating in the DJ station..
It was like a REUNION! Everybody was there!! People that you haven't seen in a while and lots of new faces as well. Everyone was happy to see each other, no headaches, no drama.. just the way I like it.. just the way it's supposed to be.
But if you missed it, no worries because with all the video light and photographers that was there you can catch it on replay and you can hail up ANDY GEE at his next event. I don't know how they plan to show the footage.. if its online or if you have to buy the DVD, or what.. I don't know.. but get your hands on a copy!!
This is the type of party I want to see every weekend.
Big ups to staff and crew for making everything run oh so smoothly.. from the folks at the door, coat check, security, bartenders and everyone in between. Many thanks, I appreciate it when the night runs the way it's supposed to.
Once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDY GEE.. yuh ting sell off.. you ah tek tings to higher heights so big up yuh self!!
