Sugar Minott is gone, but his music lives ON!!!!
Big up to Sugar Minott for his contribution to reggae music. He was the one who brought out and strengthened the careers of many of the artists we love, like Garnett Silk, Junior Reid and Tenor Saw. Songs that he made before I was even BORN are known word for word by the newer generations and he was one of the pioneers who paved the way for reggae music.
What more can you ask for.. Sugar Minott lived a wonderful live, showed nothing but love, received nothing but love and died a legend.
He's gone but could never be forgotten.
We love you Sugar and you'll forever be in our hearts.

from 1969 he was recording... his influence was vast, i'll be playing his music today... and so he lives on... RIP
