Spring is in the air!!! Aside from allergies, Spring is surely becoming my favorite season.
As the warm weather creeps up on us, I'll be watching the flowers bloom while burning a spliff and listening to tunes from my reggae favorites like Lutan Fyah, Beres Hammond, Capleton, I Octane, Bugle, and so much more.
All I need now is a hammock and a cool glass of rum punch to make my meditation session complete. Yes, I take my relaxation seriously...... and you should too! There's too much stressors in this world and I prefer to wake up 50 years from today feeling (and looking) forever young.
So here's my suggestion, download this mix, cut off everything and everyone that stresses you, turn off your phone and spend the next hour and a half listening to the sweet melody of real reggae music.
